IT'S THE END OF THE WORLD AS WE KNOW IT!
So today at about 1:45 pm, my friend Rachel calls me and asks if I just felt the earthquake. "Hwha?" was my reply, as, this is Michigan, home of the great lakes. Certainly nowhere near enough to someplace like California. She claimed her desk shook a little and she got dizzy. Saying nothing, I attributed this to another crazy story or exaggeration she tends to come up with.
CUT TO 4-5 PM THIS EVENING.
It's all over the news and local websites. Facebook friends also in the area today are posting it.
