Is anyone else experiencing Userpic issues? As in, the image you know you uploaded to LJ is not the one that shows up? Because there are some wacky-ass images on my Userpic page that I know I didn't put there ( Read more... )

Oh, that's not an answer that fills me with confidence. This happened to me once before with just one icon and I made out a help request, but no one ever helped me and the situation eventually resolved itself. But this time, it's like, half my icons!

Having absolutely nothing to do with the subject...I made another lowbie on Cenarion Circle. I figured my problem was playing a human, lol. I'm just too Horde at heart to play something that looks so normal. So I made a Draenei warrior. Her name is Hatikva (similar to the other one, so I'd remember which server she was on, lol). It's really weird to see all this stuff from the other side. It gives me ideas about where I can sneak too with my rogue, lol. Bad Jules.

Cool! I've got a Draenei hunter that's in the teens somewhere (17? maybe). I really like the Draenei - they've got a neat background. And, well... you get to kill a lot of Blood Elves at the beginning and I do enjoy killing Blood Elves. LOL!

Playing a human is definitely irritating. My dwarf warrior was originally my main and I really like the dwarves, but I just couldn't get the hang of tanking. I really didn't understand the whole aggro thing early on. I only started my human lock because I wanted to see what the whole minion thing was about. Who knew she'd turn into my main?

Anyway, my hunter is Boeaz.

I really need to find myself a WoW icon.

I also enjoy mashing Blood Elves, even with my Hordie. You get to do a lot of that in Outland, lol. I chose Aldor, so they hate me anyhow. *snrk*

I've been taking lower level friends through quests and instances using my rogue as a tank and I realized that I actually enjoy tanking. So I figured I'd give it a try with something that was meant for it. And locks are awesome. I have a wee little one that I might level at some point. For now, when my son needs help (he's gotten to 42 with his hunter - he's totally stoked about the mount thing, lol) I bust out reytheist's 70 lock and melt faces. Locks are made of awesome.

And yes you do. Wave your WoW geek flag high! LOL

I think I could do the tank thing now that I've gotten the hang of the ins and outs of the game. Once I started using Threatmeter and soloing a lot with my minions, I picked it up pretty fast.

I love my lock. I have a hard time switching over to my Undead mage on Darkspear because I sometimes forget that I don't have curses and DoTs. LOL! I respec'd from Destruction to Demonology a couple of weeks ago and it has made a huge difference. I was stuck at 49 for the longest time and now I'm halfway through 55 because the Felguard tanks like a fiend. We've been running around in the Plaguelands killing everything that moves.
