Fanfic index updated

I just updated my fanfic index to add the following:

• Blood and Choice (a Blood Magic story)
• Flying Colors
• Progressive Displacement
• The Virtues of his Mother
• When Words Fail
• A pairing index

I also made the index a single document, cross-posted from Dreamwidth, which should make it easier to update in the future.
