I HATE DELL!
Bottom line, my so called new computer doesn't work! It kept giving me cyclic redundancy memory errors as I transferred my data off my old PC. The software on it SUCKS. The PowerDVD that's on there, won't let me do screencaptures. The so called software that I paid for (Sonic), keeps wanting me to pay for MORE upgrades! AOHELL for broadband is trying to take it over, Trend Micro-cillin PC anti-virus software doesn't want to let go either and when I tried to install McAffee anti-virus software, it started hanging up and when I tried to uninstall AOHELL, it totally CRASHED IT!!!!!!!!
And now I'm going to have to reformat everything, using that disk that I had to beg for. Remember how they said I wouldn't need it? *snorts*
I CAN NOT STAND THIS! I CALLED SUPPORT 4 TIMES AND GOT PUT ON HOLD FOR INDEFINATE AMOUNTS OF TIME, THEN HUNG UP ON EVERYTIME! WHY? BECAUSE I TOLD THEM THEY COULD HAVE THIS PIECE OF CRAP BACK, AND I WAS NOT GOING TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING. THEY INSISTED THAT I WOULD, SO I ASK FOR A MANAGER, AND GET HUNG UP ON!
