You spend days weeks trying to get help with an issue, go around in circles from one person to the next, and FINALLY get the right person! And then, after all that frustration, they simply say, "Well if you had just called me in the first place..." ASFKL#$@!!!!

I didn't call you because: A: I was trying to follow the rules and B: I didn't have your damn phone number you idgit!
But, of course, if I'd HAD said phone number and called BEFORE I went through 20 damn hoops I would have been chastised for NOT following the right procedures.
