But there's something seriously wrong when you call the "helpdesk" for technical support because your fracking email doesn't work.
And I'm the one who has to point out that
NAWESPSCEX10VA.nadsuswe.nads.navy.mil does not match
NAWESPSCEX10VA.nadsusea.nads.navy.mil
And then have the tech guy say "Well that's generally not the sort of thing you look for."
Well it is when you konw what the frack you are looking for!
He had to send it to a "Tier 2" specialist, and when that didn't work, up to the N.O.C. And I still have no email. DNS issue. Which is what I suspected and brought up when I first got on the phone with them... and hour and a half ago!
I have a NOC for them. Bunch of dumbfucks!
