When Summoners Attack [Incomplete]

WHAT: On a visit to the Besaid Islands, tempers between the Chiroptera Queen and a Summoner run high, resulting in a not-so-epic fight.

It had taken Robin the better part of the day to prepare - she doesn't like investigating archaeological sites unprepared. It's a good thing too, because she'd been thinking about Diva's... situation. She'd be foolish to say she trusted the girl - but Diva was interesting just the same, and so far, there was no harm in associating with her, right? So, along with the young girl who insists on calling Robin 'Auntie', Robin, a.k.a Oniko, strolls through the Gate into the Besaid Islands, a backpack slung over her shoulder.
The untrustworthy girl strolls just ahead of her. Despite being dressed in white dress that looked antique, Diva found herself running across the beach in child like glee. For the moment, she seemed to be strangely normal as she laughed to herself. She suddenly stops and turns around, walking backwards in front of "auntie." "You are too slow, Auntie. Did you hip break or something? You people are just so weak, huh?" She let out another laugh at her and spun around with her arms outstretched in the night time sea air. With each turn, Robin had the opportunity to catch Diva's eyes which glowed a brilliant blue in the fleeting light.
One of the first things that greet the duo is a large bird like creature as is suddenly lands in front of his, hissing a little and goes to attempt to sniff at them, making chirping sounds.
"There's no need to rush, Miss Niece," Robin chuckles. She can move quickly if she needs to, but there aren't any marines about, so she doesn't have to run. Regardless, watching Diva run along, apparently enjoying herself, pleases Robin. Did her hip break - ahahaha, she's such a COMEDIAN, that Diva. She doesn't respond to the insults in any case, not just because it's not her style, but also because she's watching the younger girl carefully. The attitude is more casual though - so when the girls eyes are spied glowing, Robin says nothing, and mentally notes this new development. Honestly, the things she's seeing about this girl are not adding up to happy fun times. She'll just have to be ready.
"Ara-" Robin pauses when the large avian creature suddenly lands in front of them, "Could it be a guardian? Miss Niece, be careful." she cautions, likely unecessary.
Diva looks up at the bird creature, frowning slightly. "Auntie. This bird is ugly...I want it gone." The girl's eyes glow slightly as she moves back behind Robin. It was so troublesome to let everyone do things like this. I guess it came with being a frail woman her Chavaliers needed to protect. "A Guardian? Hmph, looks more like a Chicken Dinner. I suppose we don't need to kill it if it flies away." She turns her attention back at the bird. This time her stare had something about it. An unwholesome quality which was unsettling as the girl smiled dryly at the giant bird.
Valefor continues to chrip and goes to hover clsoer, still trying to sniff at the pair.
Ugly? But it was so cute! As Diva moves behind her, Robin chuckles softly. Didn't the girl only tell her seconds ago that she was weak? (Which Robin certainly isn't, but that's neither here nor there.) The bird didn't seem aggressive, so Robin nods slightly, "Perhaps not." A hand reaches up to pat Valefor on the beak, and she glances to Diva, "Chicken Dinner? A bit large for the two of us, I think. Let us leave it be." Unless it tries to block them from moving on, that is. Maybe it'll fly away if they don't attack it?
The girl smiles over at Robin. "If you say so, Auntie." The girl looks at the bird once again, giving it that unsettling glance once again. Maybe it would fly away if she kept looking at it. Diva holds onto Robin's arm like a child, tugging on it as she continued to stare into Valefore's little eyes. "Is this what you wanted to show me? It's rather boring to be any fun at all."
Valefor sniffs at Robin's hand before letting out several purrs at the patting. Soon a young woman can be seen standing near Valefor. "You two are new to these isles." Yuna states as she studies the duo with those mismatched eyes.
Scritch scritch! It seems a little odd that the bird didn't seem disturbed by that creepy stare Diva was giving it. "Not exactly," Robin smiles at Diva, "What I wanted to show you is a little --" she breaks off as she hears someone approach, and looks towards Yuna. Mismatched eyes are nothing - that's at least -normal-. "Is she yours?" Robin asks Yuna, indicating Valefor. "My.. 'niece' and I are simply visiting. I heard there was an interesting, historical site here - you are native are you not?"
Diva looks over at Yuna and just hides against Robin's arm. She was bored with even trying to scare off the bird thing. Now the owner was going to walk up. Probably smelled like her bird. The girl leans against Robin, saying nothing for now.
Valefor lets out serveral purrs and chirps as Yuna goes to rest her hand against her. "Yes, she is one of my Aeons and is the Guardian of these Isles." Yuna goes to smile and nods her head. "Yes, I am a native here. I am the Summoner of these Isles." She then blinks and tilts her head. "But it's dangerous to explore at night."
"Oh?" Robin smiles, glancing over at Diva, "Did you hear that, Miss Niece? It's dangerous." She finds this terribly funny. Perhaps this will give Diva some fun after all. Glancing back to Yuna, "Would you be interested in showing Miss Niece around? Particularly of these dangers - I admit, that I would be interested as well." After all, if there's a Guardian, then it's clearly Guarding -something-. Maybe there'll be a giant creature for Diva to play with!
The girl looks up at Robin. "But Auntie, I'm so weak. I don't know if I could handle any danger." The girl smiles darkly up at her aunt. She doesn't look at Yuna, disregarding her with air of superiority. "But if we must Auntie, I'll try my best to have alittle fun despite the danger."
Diva finally turns to Yuna, smiling at her like she was an ant about to be under Diva's shoe. "Lead the way, girl."
Yuna goes to quirk a brow at the both of them and goes to shake her head as Valefor goes to look towards Diva and growls at her. "I suggest that you change your tone should you expect me to do that."
"There's no need to be so impolite," Robin remarks, though her comment could be towards Yuna or Diva. Possibly both. Blue eyes focus on Valefor calmly, and then to Yuna, "With or without your help, we shall be on our way. I don't know what 'dangers' you speak of, but I can assure you I can take care of myself." Diva too, she'd imagine, but she's no proof. She can protect the girl if need be - there's a thought, and she glances at Diva. "You did tell Mr. Solomon about our trip, didn't you?"
Diva chuckles to herself and hides behind Robin. She doesn't apologize because she doesn't need to at the moment. "Oh so now your pet notices me. My, my." The girl listens to Robin scold her and she can't help but giggle. It was so adorable when Robin played the adult and asserted authority.
"Solomon? He knows. He is probably going to meet with us at some point in the evening. He's so protective of me. It's so endearing." Diva peeks around at Yuna again before settling to cling onto Robin's back like a child. "Auntie, the girl doesn't have to come does she? She looks like she would taste funny."
"Valefor has always noticed you girl." Yuna goes to respond to Diva. "Perhaps you should rethink of what you are going to do." She responds to Robin calmly. Valefor continues to growl at Diva and ruffles her feathers a little.
Wait, wait -- did Yuna just threaten them? Granted, Diva wasn't exactly making a great first impression, but Robin hasn't been anything but polite. The Devil Fruit user studies Yuna for a long moment, and then Valefor. Rethink what she's going to do? "I don't think that will be necessary," Robin replies with a smile, her stance shifting subtly. Not so much putting herself in front of Diva (who is already hiding behind her) as preparing herself, if things get... violent.
"Do you intend to stop us from continuing forward?" Let her try.
Diva laughs a little at Yuna's words. She decides not to make things worse for Auntie. The girl begins to hum into Robin's back. She was being rather touchy feely for a horrible monster, wasn't she? After all, Robin most likely didn't trust her...At the same time, this game was the only fun Diva was having. Pretending to be this woman's family as if it were a fact.
"I don't think you should fight us, girl. After all, Solomon wants me to be on my best behavior and I don't think I should ruin such a nice dress." Diva lets go of Robin finally to come out into view. "After all, your little Bird is precious to you."
Yuna goes to look towards Robin. "I might consider showing you in fact I was going to show you around as I am the watcher of these Isles as well as being it's Summoner but that child is leaving quite the sour taste in my mouth."
... irony that Yuna would say Diva left a sour taste in her mouth, and Diva herself has referenced taste. "I am sorry to hear that," Robin remarks, "But if you intend to show me around, she will be accompanying me." Robin was her designated guardian for the evening ... or something. And she certainly couldn't - and wouldn't - tell Diva to smarten up. Not just because Diva wouldn't listen, but that would be ruining the girls fun. "I would like to know more of the things you speak of - Aeons, and Summoning. It sounds quite fascinating." Diva may not share Robin's opinion, given the historian has an unquenchable thirst for knowledge.
"So you taste Sour...No That would be too generous." Diva giggles to herself as she folds her arms behind her back. "Auntie. The woman is claiming I taste sour. She must be jealous." Diva giggles coldly and looks up at the summon puffing it's feathers. "Awww Auntie. That stuff is boring. Boring like this foolish little bird." The girl turns up the insults, grinning to herself. "After all, if this woman were a Summoner, she would have some sort of code about using her summon on little innocent girls like me. After all, words can't hurt dull people and using such magical power to hurt me would be a waste. Especially after Amshel took the liberty of talking with the Church and bought me this little pass. He will probably have to talk with them again."
"I have no wish to speak of anything with a rude child." Especially with all of the insulting. Mismatched eyes narrows at the sight of the pass and she makes a scoffing noise. "All members of the Church are corrupted as they are the dead walking the living."
Inwardly, Robin sighs. Has this what her desire for a nice quiet dig has boiled down to -two girls trading insults? The concept is so utterly baffling, that Robin can't help but laugh, "If that is the case, then perhaps you should cease being rude yourself, Miss Summoner." Robin comments.
Diva's pass is glanced to, but it's Yuna's comment about the members of the Church that draw her notice. "The Dead? How is that possible..?"
Diva says, "Idiot Summoner girl."
Robin Nico says, "She is a touch... rude, perhaps, Miss Niece.."
Diva says, "Bah. She is a fool. I almost want to be done with her so we can have fun without her, Auntie."
Robin Nico says, "Mm. I believe that would be best, provided she does not interfere."
Diva says, "But Hoodie might get angry again...Should I handle it Auntie?"
Kazuma Torisuma says, "Summoner?"
Diva says, "Auntie took me to some Island, Kazuma. Some ugly woman with a smelly bird is in our way."
Robin Nico says, "Before you do that, Miss Niece, let us try and move past. Yes, Mr. Enforcer - a young lady claiming to be the one to guard an island in the Fantasy Sector. Besaid, I believe."
Kazuma Torisuma says, "Hrm. Interesting. I'd say rough her up if she gets in the way, but don't kill her. She might be IPA."
After whispering something into her radio, Diva smiles at Yuna. "Oh? So you are saying you don't believe in your faith anymore. What a shame. Then Amshel will be so heart broken he couldn't make sure we had a fun time." The girl shifts her weight onto one leg, tilting her head so she looks up at Yuna. "Will you please leave us alone then. I don't like you."
Robin Nico says, "Understood. I would prefer to avoid a confrontation nonetheless."
Kazuma Torisuma says, "I hope that 'unconcious and out of the way' is acceptable, if it comes to that?"
Robin Nico says, "Of course."
Diva says, "Ok, Auntie...But I won't kill her no matter what I do."
Robin Nico says, "...Thank you."
Diva says, "For?"
Diva says, "You are welcome I suppose."
Kazuma Torisuma suddenly chuckles.
Kazuma Torisuma says, "...very nice Robin, I must say."
Diva says, "What, Kazuma?"
Robin Nico chuckles quietly.
Kazuma Torisuma says, "Just noticing something, it's not a big deal."
General Ashnak says, "..."
General Ashnak snorts. "I don't get what the big deal is with killing a problem?"
Helpfully Translated: [Orcish] Korari Windsilver says, "Killing is messy if you're trying to be subtle."
Kazuma Torisuma says, "It pisses the cops off when we kill them out of hand?"
Diva says, "It makes Hoodie Angry. And if we're not careful, he'll blow up and die."
General Ashnak says, "What do we care what they're feeling?"
General Ashnak says, "They're the @#%$ing /cops/."
Diva laughs hurtfully.
Kazuma Torisuma says, "Yeah, and we're a **** BUSINESS. Not some group of psycho killers."
General Ashnak says, "No, we ain't psychos. But there is /no better way/ to silence a witness."
'Johnny' Mello says, "One could argue for slitting their vocal cords."
Diva says, "If she doesn't shut up, then I have a way this won't come up again...It's my special technique."
Helpfully Translated: [Orcish] Korari Windsilver says, "Now, it is a relatively simple matter to make someone disappear. but killing is a problem."
General Ashnak snort. "Killing's only a problem if you're soft. If it's the best way to end something, /do/ it."
Helpfully Translated: [Orcish] Korari Windsilver says, "Oh, I agree. But there are times when it is not the best way."
Kazuma Torisuma says, "Yeah, we could go fire bomb and smash up everything in our way, kill the people who stand up to us, but then we'd have no base of support. Killing cops make them go on the warpath, and makes business harder."
Kazuma Torisuma says, "That's why I don't do it unless there's no better way of getting the job done."
Robin Nico says, "That won't be necessary, Miss Niece."
'Johnny' Mello says, "I'm sorry, if I missed an introduction and you have to repeat yourself, but are you new here, ma'am? I haven't heard your voice before."
Diva says, "Ah, Auntie. Trust me ok?"
Helpfully Translated: [Orcish] Korari Windsilver says, "Me?"
'Johnny' Mello says, "Yes'm."
Robin Nico says, "..."
Helpfully Translated: [Orcish] Korari Windsilver says, "Korari Windsilver of the Sin'Dorei Blood Knights."
Diva giggles. "What? You don't trust me, Auntie? You're so mean."
Helpfully Translated: [Orcish] Korari Windsilver says, "I believe I left a letter with the bulletin manager."
'Johnny' Mello says, "Sin'dorei? ...Azeroth, isn't it? I don't keep tabs on the bulletein often, for which I'm sorry. Welcome to the confusion."
Robin Nico chuckles, "Not at all, Miss Niece. I am merely concerned; I wouldn't want you to put yourself in harms way unnecessarily.
Helpfully Translated: [Orcish] Korari Windsilver says, "Yes, I am from Azeroth. Quel'Thelas, to be precise."
Diva says, "Oh, I have my Auntie to protect me for all those mean Holy Things"
Robin Nico says, "Yes."
'Johnny' Mello says, "I can't say I'm familiar with the specifics of your world, but I've heard of it in passing."
Yuna goes to shake her head. "It's complicated and someone from the outside world wouldn't be able to understand it." She goes to focus on Robin as she is much more polite then the freaky girl that was giving her wierd vibes. "Here in this world, the dead can return to the land of the living but then... If they don't get Sent, they will turn into fiends or mindless monsters." Completely ignoring the brat now.
Diva says, "Oh she's snubbing me now, Auntie. I want to have fun. She is boring."
Robin Nico chuckles softly, "Then shall we go explore?"
Diva says, "Yes. But can I deal with her first?"
Robin Nico says, "Please, allow me."
Diva says, "Alright Auntie."
General Ashnak snort. "Kazuma, you seem to think that killing has to be unsubtle, and that 'all guns blazing' is the only other way to do things. No offense, but that is both wrong /and/ stupid."
Kazuma Torisuma says, "Keep thinking that if you want, Ashnak."
General Ashnak says, "Sometimes people need to die, Kazuma. S'the way things work."
In that moment where Yuna isn't paying attention, Diva is suddenly behind her. Not right behind her but when did she get past Yuna and her giant parrot. "Come on Auntie! Lets go to that dig now." She waves from several feet behind Yuna, smiling despite the urge to kill Yuna and drink her dry rising in her cute little body. She wouldn't like the taste much but Yuna did look like she did carry quite abit of...food on her person.
Kazuma Torisuma says, "I never said it wasn't. But the way you do them isn't the only way they work either."
General Ashnak says, "It's more direct. You can't pussyfoot just 'cause you're afraid of hurting feelings."
Kazuma Torisuma says, "I don't tell you jack all about how you should do things, Ashnak. Person's judgment on the ground is more important than anything else. Just know that if you screw up, we'll toss you back to the wolves that you stir up."
Helpfully Translated: [Orcish] Korari Windsilver says, "I believe, as the mages say... 'You Spank It, You Tank It', Sir?"
Isa Reichert pointed 'flick' of a cigarette lighter. "You do things your way, we do it ours, da? Our way involves less... shall we say... /problems/."
Helpfully Translated: [Orcish] Korari Windsilver says, "Forsaken are such gutter-mouthed cretins, but I can't help but respect their situation. Perhaps the Sin'Dorei can recover as they have."
Kazuma Torisuma says, "I'm not here to hold your hands and tell you how you should behave - I'll make suggestions, and you can decide if you want to take them. But we're a business here, and the moment you become *bad* for business, the Old Men will consider you expendable."
Kazuma Torisuma says, "And there isn't anything I can do for you at that point."
General Ashnak says, "I know that, Kazuma. I'm saying too much /caution/ is bad for business, too."
General Ashnak says, "You think the Old Men ain't got bodies made on their way up?"
Kazuma Torisuma suddenly bursts out laughing.
Kazuma Torisuma just... thunders uproariously over the channel for almost a minute.
Isa Reichert says, "You think you know everything, da? But you are not leader. What is the saying? Walk a mile in someone else's shoes, d--" Pause. "Kazuma?"
'Johnny' Mello is recording this laughter to scare Matt with later.
Helpfully Translated: [Orcish] Korari Windsilver emits an almost audible '?'. She must not get the joke.
Kazuma Torisuma says, "Go crawl back into your hole, Ashnak. If you've got a problem with how I do things, why don't you go dig Shadow out of whatever hole the IPA has pounded him into and see if people will take him back as your leader."
General Ashnak says, "Once again, /boss/, you seem, to think that the only way other than yours is /mass/ murder."
General Ashnak says, "Go ask one of the Old Men if he ever had someone killed out of convenience."
Haruko Haruhara says, "I did that once!"
Haruko Haruhara says, "Nice pay."
Kazuma Torisuma says, "And what do you know about the Old Men, Ashnak? Eh?"
Isa Reichert growls. "You talk too much, with too little to show for it, da?"
General Ashnak says, "I know that they run a criminal organization, boss."
General Ashnak says, "You don't /get/ that high without bodies in the closet."
'Johnny' Mello inanely, "I wonder if they're spares."
Kazuma Torisuma says, "No, Ashnak. Kiyohime and I run things on their behalf."
General Ashnak says, "And /how did they get there/?"
Boba Fett just grunts. No words. Just a nice, neutral sound to indicate he's alive.
Haruko Haruhara says, "Corpses!"
General Ashnak says, "Exactly."
Shin Matsunaga says, "This discussion is pointless."
Shin Matsunaga says, "Ashnak, you have your methods. Torisuma has his. Each of us brings something to the table that others don't. That's why the Syndicate is a good team."
Kazuma Torisuma says, "And as long as they're happy with how we run things, that's the way we're running em. You can bitch and moan all you want, but it's not going to change anything. As for the rest, you've got a bad case of tunnel vision."
General Ashnak says, "No, sir, with respect. You've got at least as bad a one as I do."
Kazuma Torisuma just chuckles.
Haruko Haruhara says, "Way worse, I'd say, yup yup."
Isa Reichert clink of glassware again. "Shut up. All of you. Da?"
Kazuma Torisuma says, "Keep thinking that, Ashnak. The surprise is always the best part."
General Ashnak says, "Sir? With respect, more ruthless men have tried to kill me."
Kazuma Torisuma says, "Who said anything about killing you?"
General Ashnak says, "I tend to consider anything less than that not as big a threat."
Kazuma Torisuma says, "As I said. Tunnel vision."
General Ashnak says, "Sir? Torture ain't a big deal to me. I'm an orc. Anything you can do to me short o' killin' /is not as big a threat/."
'Johnny' Mello says, "Hey, General? Are you going outta your way to tick off the chain of command? If not, y'might wanna box your greviances for another time."
Shin Matsunaga sighs harshly. "For the love of space."
Yuna kept her mismatched gaze on Robin as Valefor watches and follows the blurred form of diva. The Aeon opens her mouth to let out quite the hiss and proceeds to lift off of the ground. The half-breed reaches out and attempts to gently and carefully places a hand on Robin's shoulder.
Diva says, "Hmph. She touched you Auntie."
Robin Nico says, "Be careful, Miss Niece. It would seem her avian does not wish for you to continue."
Diva says, "Do I have permission?"
Robin Nico says, ".. It seems we have no other choice... but remember, you are not to harm her severely."
Diva says, "I promise not to kill her. Solomon says he wants me to listen to Kazuma."
"Teh..!" Robin expresses her surprise at how swiftly Diva moves with that slight noise - A small frown follows. She's seen people move that quickly before of course - CP9. It would seem that allying with Diva was a wise decision - allowing Robin to see, little by little, exactly what this strange girl was capable of.
At the same time - Robin knew very well how dangerous a game she was playing. So as Diva blurs ahead of Yuna, Robin takes a step forward, half a glance sent Yuna's way, "Excuse us." Even though Yuna just might be planning on attacking that girl who irritated her so much. After all, Diva -is- a threat.
So is Robin for that matter, but she's trying to be nice and civil. The hand on her shoulder causes Robin to stop, only out of curiosity, glancing towards the shorter girl. "I suggest that you call your... Aeon off. I wouldn't wish for it to be harmed."
Kazuma Torisuma says, "Hmmm. It's appreciated Diva - don't get yourself killed holding back though."
Diva says, "I will take just enough to kill her alive."
Diva giggles.
Diva watches the girl touch Robin's shoulder. A sinister smile crosses her lips. "Auntie. Do I have permission?" She says on the radio, her eyes burning blue in the nighttime air. Her lips only grow more amused by Robin's approval. With the same speed, Diva is suddenly within striking distance. Her hand pulls together and attempts to spearhand Yuna right through the chest. "Auntie. Could you take care of the bird? I don't like chicken very much. It's too commoner for my tastes."
The girl smiles at Yuna whether the strike hits or not. She tears the side of her dress, reaching under it to pull a small dagger from her thigh. "I don't really like this one. I guess its good enough for you then?"
Diva gets a glancing blow on Yuna with her SHOT THROUGH THE HEART attack.
Yuna goes to shake her head. "She is refusing to be dismissed and besides... I wouldn't dismiss her, not with a dangerous creature near by." Could she be talking about Diva? Who knows. She goes to try and dodge the attack by it still slices her chest. She goes to narrow her gaze as her injuries heals and Valefor gains a very tiny cut on her chest. "I wasn't going to attack you but since you made the first blow, We have to defend ourselves." She goes to speak strangely.
A delicate hand is raised into the air and Valefor unleashes a slew of energy towards Diva, it looks like the energy would have attacked Robin but just goes through her, not causing her any damage.
Yuna misses Diva with her Sonic Blast attack.
Lucky for Robin! -- unfortunately, this is also UNLucky for Robin. "Then I'm afraid I as well, will have to defend my companion." Mindless monster or not, Robin is currently her ally - seeing as Diva has the frail Summoner in hand, and has left Robin the Big McLargeHuge Aeon to Robin (Thanks by the way :)), the woman focuses her attention on the bird. "Viente Fleur -" Robin murmurs, and the bird gains a few new appendages. Two arms sprout to cover the bird's eyes, while four arms sprout from the bird's body to seize it by the neck and bend backwards. Seven arms on each side, next sprout tograb hold of the bird's wings and pin them back, "Grapple!"
You get a glancing blow on Yuna with your On the plus side, she's not trying to break any bones, right? attack.
"THe first attack was you putting a hand on Auntie. You got in the way of our fun. So now I'll have fun tearing you apart." The Chiroptera Queen makes eye contact with Yuna, gigglging at the thought of this fight. "Please make this a fun fight.." The sonic blast hits the spot where Diva was, making a crater where she once stood. However, Diva is now to the side of Yuna, taking no second thought to take a stab at the side of Yuna's chest. That blood was starting to look rather appetizing. What a delicious thought...Probably would taste funny. Island food generally was. The girl licks her lips none the less, attempting to skrew Yuna between one of her ribs.
Diva misses Yuna with her A Poke In The Side You Will Never Forget attack.
"That wasn't an attack as it was a gesture." The Summoner responds to the accusion of starting the attack. But as it was, she was binded once Valefor was binded. Even binded she manages to dodge the attack. Her eyes cloud as Valefor goes to fly a little higher and then goes to unleash another 'Sonic Wave', this time aiming at both women.
Yuna gets a glancing blow on Robin Nico with her Sonic Wings attack.

Yuna hits Diva with her Another Sonic Wings attack.
Diva curses as her stab misses the target. This Priest managed t avoid one. She doesn't allow such things to get in the way of her fun. It was so much more entertaining when the meat struggled. Even if this meat was alittle on the meaty side. She looks up just alittle too late to avoid the blast from Valefor, flying backwards toward the water. The girl smiles as her cuts start to heal as if they were never there. She doesn't waste time coming in for another attack, this time attempting to slice the woman's chest head on.

And to think, Robin had never even intended to fight. But this was as much for Diva's safety as for show - and that bird is very annoying. As the Sonic Attack blows towards them both, Robin is unable to avoid it - like Diva, the blast sends her flying backwards, but fortunately she manages to catch herself - literally, as three arms sprout from her shoulder blades, palms flat against the ground to flip her back onto her feet, rather than land ungracefully on her back.
The arms retract, and Robin seeks to see just how durable the bird is. "Seis Fleur -" The bird can try and get higher, but for someone who literally doesn't have to touch you to attack, it's useless. Moreso when the arms blossom on the bird's body. "Clutch!" Six arms appear, to grab hold of Valefore's wing and _TWIST_ it in a way that a wing is not meant to twist. If it has bones, they might break.
To Yuna, her voice doesn't raise in anger - regretful perhaps, but still ever calm. "We did not come here to fight, but we will not stand down if you attack. Call your beast off, before you both are harmed further."
You critically strike Yuna with your Nice Bird, Pretty Bird.. *SNAP!* attack.
Yuna's arm moves the same way that Valefor's wing is twisted. She goes to let out a shriek as the cut goes into her chest, combined with the arm twist. "It is typical that the attackers lower their arms first before the defender lowers their arms." Silver spheres soon surround Yuna and goes to launch towards the both of them.

Diva chuckles as she watches the summoner shriek out in pain. drawing back her sword as she zips behind Yuna. This time the girl drops her sword and suddenly seizes Yuna, holding her for the moment. "And now, Summoner, lets sees how you taste." Diva wasted no time bearing her fangs and sinking them down into Yuna's neck. There was a sigh from the back of Diva's throat as she started to drink, content with the flavor for now. She would take just enough to keep Yuna alive because otherwise Mean old Mr. Kazuma would get very cross. What a funny thought. She wondered how Auntie would take this. In a way, Auntie shoulda known Diva was like this even under their story of being plain old vampires. What a funny thought.
Diva critically strikes Yuna with her CRAVE THE WAVE! attack.
"If that is the case, you should take a lesson." Robin replies. Why continue to fight, when Robin /clearly/ didn't want to - and was literally, only defending. Her eyes narrow slightly when Yuna starts to do ... something. The silver spheres launch at Robin and Diva both - Robin leaps backwards, well out of range of the spell.
"It is foolishness to continue!" Robin retorts. Fortunately they weren't fighting anywhere near any ruins, or she'd be -very- unhappy.
Diva dashes behind Yuna and chomps down on the Summoners neck. While she expected something of the like happening, given Robin's suspicions, it still stuns the historian enough to gasp silently. "Miss Niece --!" Is it concern for Yuna? Alarm towards the young lady who claimed to be her 'family'? Surprise in general? Who can say.
Yuna switches armor modes to Anima.
Those mismatched eyes widen as she was bitten and Valefor slowly disappears. But... Chains can soon be seen coming out of the ground and wrapping themselves around the Summoner.
The bird vanished? Excellent, maybe Yuna /finally/ decided to listen and -- a... Robin's eyes narrow at the sight of the chains. "Miss Niece - come away from there," she warns, taking a few steps back to get some space. She's not sure what's happening, but..
Diva stops as she notices the bird disappear. Did they win? No. That would be too boring. Just as the chains start appearing, Diva appears in front of Yuna...Well someone who is wearing what Diva was earlier. Now the girl appears slightly older, her physique filling out the dress Diva wore differently. In fact, Yuna's own face was now staring back at her, now with that smirk she saw earlier and two blue eyes rather than the one. The hair was slightly darker. The figure wipes the blood from her chin. "My My, This body feels nice..I could've taken every detail but that wouldn't be fun at all. And you were oddly delicious though I admit you're not my type. Very fun evening wouldn't you say Auntie?" The girl turns her head, smiling at her darkly in her new form. "Do I look nice Auntie? I can change back whenever I like now."
"Hmm.." Diva tears the front of her dress ever so slightly. "There. Now the top part fits better." She giggles as the blood starts to make her feel stronger. "She brought out another pet. How dull and utterly predictable."
Diva buffs her POW to +2.
The chains continues to appear out of the ground and wrapping themselves about Yuna and then a gaint ancur falls from the skies and digs itself deep into the ground. Soon the chains begins to move as if pulling something out and soon it became appearent that they were as a fishlike creature, bounded in chains was being pulled out of the ground. It lets out quite the roar and looks over the area with that single eye and throws it's head back and launches 'Pain' at the both of them.

WHAT: On a visit to the Besaid Islands, tempers between the Chiroptera Queen and a Summoner run high, resulting in a not-so-epic fight.

It had taken Robin the better part of the day to prepare - she doesn't like investigating archaeological sites unprepared. It's a good thing too, because she'd been thinking about Diva's... situation. She'd be foolish to say she trusted the girl - but Diva was interesting just the same, and so far, there was no harm in associating with her, right? So, along with the young girl who insists on calling Robin 'Auntie', Robin, a.k.a Oniko, strolls through the Gate into the Besaid Islands, a backpack slung over her shoulder.
The untrustworthy girl strolls just ahead of her. Despite being dressed in white dress that looked antique, Diva found herself running across the beach in child like glee. For the moment, she seemed to be strangely normal as she laughed to herself. She suddenly stops and turns around, walking backwards in front of "auntie." "You are too slow, Auntie. Did you hip break or something? You people are just so weak, huh?" She let out another laugh at her and spun around with her arms outstretched in the night time sea air. With each turn, Robin had the opportunity to catch Diva's eyes which glowed a brilliant blue in the fleeting light.
One of the first things that greet the duo is a large bird like creature as is suddenly lands in front of his, hissing a little and goes to attempt to sniff at them, making chirping sounds.
"There's no need to rush, Miss Niece," Robin chuckles. She can move quickly if she needs to, but there aren't any marines about, so she doesn't have to run. Regardless, watching Diva run along, apparently enjoying herself, pleases Robin. Did her hip break - ahahaha, she's such a COMEDIAN, that Diva. She doesn't respond to the insults in any case, not just because it's not her style, but also because she's watching the younger girl carefully. The attitude is more casual though - so when the girls eyes are spied glowing, Robin says nothing, and mentally notes this new development. Honestly, the things she's seeing about this girl are not adding up to happy fun times. She'll just have to be ready.
"Ara-" Robin pauses when the large avian creature suddenly lands in front of them, "Could it be a guardian? Miss Niece, be careful." she cautions, likely unecessary.
Diva looks up at the bird creature, frowning slightly. "Auntie. This bird is ugly...I want it gone." The girl's eyes glow slightly as she moves back behind Robin. It was so troublesome to let everyone do things like this. I guess it came with being a frail woman her Chavaliers needed to protect. "A Guardian? Hmph, looks more like a Chicken Dinner. I suppose we don't need to kill it if it flies away." She turns her attention back at the bird. This time her stare had something about it. An unwholesome quality which was unsettling as the girl smiled dryly at the giant bird.
Valefor continues to chrip and goes to hover clsoer, still trying to sniff at the pair.
Ugly? But it was so cute! As Diva moves behind her, Robin chuckles softly. Didn't the girl only tell her seconds ago that she was weak? (Which Robin certainly isn't, but that's neither here nor there.) The bird didn't seem aggressive, so Robin nods slightly, "Perhaps not." A hand reaches up to pat Valefor on the beak, and she glances to Diva, "Chicken Dinner? A bit large for the two of us, I think. Let us leave it be." Unless it tries to block them from moving on, that is. Maybe it'll fly away if they don't attack it?
The girl smiles over at Robin. "If you say so, Auntie." The girl looks at the bird once again, giving it that unsettling glance once again. Maybe it would fly away if she kept looking at it. Diva holds onto Robin's arm like a child, tugging on it as she continued to stare into Valefore's little eyes. "Is this what you wanted to show me? It's rather boring to be any fun at all."
Valefor sniffs at Robin's hand before letting out several purrs at the patting. Soon a young woman can be seen standing near Valefor. "You two are new to these isles." Yuna states as she studies the duo with those mismatched eyes.
Scritch scritch! It seems a little odd that the bird didn't seem disturbed by that creepy stare Diva was giving it. "Not exactly," Robin smiles at Diva, "What I wanted to show you is a little --" she breaks off as she hears someone approach, and looks towards Yuna. Mismatched eyes are nothing - that's at least -normal-. "Is she yours?" Robin asks Yuna, indicating Valefor. "My.. 'niece' and I are simply visiting. I heard there was an interesting, historical site here - you are native are you not?"
Diva looks over at Yuna and just hides against Robin's arm. She was bored with even trying to scare off the bird thing. Now the owner was going to walk up. Probably smelled like her bird. The girl leans against Robin, saying nothing for now.
Valefor lets out serveral purrs and chirps as Yuna goes to rest her hand against her. "Yes, she is one of my Aeons and is the Guardian of these Isles." Yuna goes to smile and nods her head. "Yes, I am a native here. I am the Summoner of these Isles." She then blinks and tilts her head. "But it's dangerous to explore at night."
"Oh?" Robin smiles, glancing over at Diva, "Did you hear that, Miss Niece? It's dangerous." She finds this terribly funny. Perhaps this will give Diva some fun after all. Glancing back to Yuna, "Would you be interested in showing Miss Niece around? Particularly of these dangers - I admit, that I would be interested as well." After all, if there's a Guardian, then it's clearly Guarding -something-. Maybe there'll be a giant creature for Diva to play with!
The girl looks up at Robin. "But Auntie, I'm so weak. I don't know if I could handle any danger." The girl smiles darkly up at her aunt. She doesn't look at Yuna, disregarding her with air of superiority. "But if we must Auntie, I'll try my best to have alittle fun despite the danger."
Diva finally turns to Yuna, smiling at her like she was an ant about to be under Diva's shoe. "Lead the way, girl."
Yuna goes to quirk a brow at the both of them and goes to shake her head as Valefor goes to look towards Diva and growls at her. "I suggest that you change your tone should you expect me to do that."
"There's no need to be so impolite," Robin remarks, though her comment could be towards Yuna or Diva. Possibly both. Blue eyes focus on Valefor calmly, and then to Yuna, "With or without your help, we shall be on our way. I don't know what 'dangers' you speak of, but I can assure you I can take care of myself." Diva too, she'd imagine, but she's no proof. She can protect the girl if need be - there's a thought, and she glances at Diva. "You did tell Mr. Solomon about our trip, didn't you?"
Diva chuckles to herself and hides behind Robin. She doesn't apologize because she doesn't need to at the moment. "Oh so now your pet notices me. My, my." The girl listens to Robin scold her and she can't help but giggle. It was so adorable when Robin played the adult and asserted authority.
"Solomon? He knows. He is probably going to meet with us at some point in the evening. He's so protective of me. It's so endearing." Diva peeks around at Yuna again before settling to cling onto Robin's back like a child. "Auntie, the girl doesn't have to come does she? She looks like she would taste funny."
"Valefor has always noticed you girl." Yuna goes to respond to Diva. "Perhaps you should rethink of what you are going to do." She responds to Robin calmly. Valefor continues to growl at Diva and ruffles her feathers a little.
Wait, wait -- did Yuna just threaten them? Granted, Diva wasn't exactly making a great first impression, but Robin hasn't been anything but polite. The Devil Fruit user studies Yuna for a long moment, and then Valefor. Rethink what she's going to do? "I don't think that will be necessary," Robin replies with a smile, her stance shifting subtly. Not so much putting herself in front of Diva (who is already hiding behind her) as preparing herself, if things get... violent.
"Do you intend to stop us from continuing forward?" Let her try.
Diva laughs a little at Yuna's words. She decides not to make things worse for Auntie. The girl begins to hum into Robin's back. She was being rather touchy feely for a horrible monster, wasn't she? After all, Robin most likely didn't trust her...At the same time, this game was the only fun Diva was having. Pretending to be this woman's family as if it were a fact.
"I don't think you should fight us, girl. After all, Solomon wants me to be on my best behavior and I don't think I should ruin such a nice dress." Diva lets go of Robin finally to come out into view. "After all, your little Bird is precious to you."
Yuna goes to look towards Robin. "I might consider showing you in fact I was going to show you around as I am the watcher of these Isles as well as being it's Summoner but that child is leaving quite the sour taste in my mouth."
... irony that Yuna would say Diva left a sour taste in her mouth, and Diva herself has referenced taste. "I am sorry to hear that," Robin remarks, "But if you intend to show me around, she will be accompanying me." Robin was her designated guardian for the evening ... or something. And she certainly couldn't - and wouldn't - tell Diva to smarten up. Not just because Diva wouldn't listen, but that would be ruining the girls fun. "I would like to know more of the things you speak of - Aeons, and Summoning. It sounds quite fascinating." Diva may not share Robin's opinion, given the historian has an unquenchable thirst for knowledge.
"So you taste Sour...No That would be too generous." Diva giggles to herself as she folds her arms behind her back. "Auntie. The woman is claiming I taste sour. She must be jealous." Diva giggles coldly and looks up at the summon puffing it's feathers. "Awww Auntie. That stuff is boring. Boring like this foolish little bird." The girl turns up the insults, grinning to herself. "After all, if this woman were a Summoner, she would have some sort of code about using her summon on little innocent girls like me. After all, words can't hurt dull people and using such magical power to hurt me would be a waste. Especially after Amshel took the liberty of talking with the Church and bought me this little pass. He will probably have to talk with them again."
"I have no wish to speak of anything with a rude child." Especially with all of the insulting. Mismatched eyes narrows at the sight of the pass and she makes a scoffing noise. "All members of the Church are corrupted as they are the dead walking the living."
Inwardly, Robin sighs. Has this what her desire for a nice quiet dig has boiled down to -two girls trading insults? The concept is so utterly baffling, that Robin can't help but laugh, "If that is the case, then perhaps you should cease being rude yourself, Miss Summoner." Robin comments.
Diva's pass is glanced to, but it's Yuna's comment about the members of the Church that draw her notice. "The Dead? How is that possible..?"
Diva says, "Idiot Summoner girl."
Robin Nico says, "She is a touch... rude, perhaps, Miss Niece.."
Diva says, "Bah. She is a fool. I almost want to be done with her so we can have fun without her, Auntie."
Robin Nico says, "Mm. I believe that would be best, provided she does not interfere."
Diva says, "But Hoodie might get angry again...Should I handle it Auntie?"
Kazuma Torisuma says, "Summoner?"
Diva says, "Auntie took me to some Island, Kazuma. Some ugly woman with a smelly bird is in our way."
Robin Nico says, "Before you do that, Miss Niece, let us try and move past. Yes, Mr. Enforcer - a young lady claiming to be the one to guard an island in the Fantasy Sector. Besaid, I believe."
Kazuma Torisuma says, "Hrm. Interesting. I'd say rough her up if she gets in the way, but don't kill her. She might be IPA."
After whispering something into her radio, Diva smiles at Yuna. "Oh? So you are saying you don't believe in your faith anymore. What a shame. Then Amshel will be so heart broken he couldn't make sure we had a fun time." The girl shifts her weight onto one leg, tilting her head so she looks up at Yuna. "Will you please leave us alone then. I don't like you."
Robin Nico says, "Understood. I would prefer to avoid a confrontation nonetheless."
Kazuma Torisuma says, "I hope that 'unconcious and out of the way' is acceptable, if it comes to that?"
Robin Nico says, "Of course."
Diva says, "Ok, Auntie...But I won't kill her no matter what I do."
Robin Nico says, "...Thank you."
Diva says, "For?"
Diva says, "You are welcome I suppose."
Kazuma Torisuma suddenly chuckles.
Kazuma Torisuma says, "...very nice Robin, I must say."
Diva says, "What, Kazuma?"
Robin Nico chuckles quietly.
Kazuma Torisuma says, "Just noticing something, it's not a big deal."
General Ashnak says, "..."
General Ashnak snorts. "I don't get what the big deal is with killing a problem?"
Helpfully Translated: [Orcish] Korari Windsilver says, "Killing is messy if you're trying to be subtle."
Kazuma Torisuma says, "It pisses the cops off when we kill them out of hand?"
Diva says, "It makes Hoodie Angry. And if we're not careful, he'll blow up and die."
General Ashnak says, "What do we care what they're feeling?"
General Ashnak says, "They're the @#%$ing /cops/."
Diva laughs hurtfully.
Kazuma Torisuma says, "Yeah, and we're a **** BUSINESS. Not some group of psycho killers."
General Ashnak says, "No, we ain't psychos. But there is /no better way/ to silence a witness."
'Johnny' Mello says, "One could argue for slitting their vocal cords."
Diva says, "If she doesn't shut up, then I have a way this won't come up again...It's my special technique."
Helpfully Translated: [Orcish] Korari Windsilver says, "Now, it is a relatively simple matter to make someone disappear. but killing is a problem."
General Ashnak snort. "Killing's only a problem if you're soft. If it's the best way to end something, /do/ it."
Helpfully Translated: [Orcish] Korari Windsilver says, "Oh, I agree. But there are times when it is not the best way."
Kazuma Torisuma says, "Yeah, we could go fire bomb and smash up everything in our way, kill the people who stand up to us, but then we'd have no base of support. Killing cops make them go on the warpath, and makes business harder."
Kazuma Torisuma says, "That's why I don't do it unless there's no better way of getting the job done."
Robin Nico says, "That won't be necessary, Miss Niece."
'Johnny' Mello says, "I'm sorry, if I missed an introduction and you have to repeat yourself, but are you new here, ma'am? I haven't heard your voice before."
Diva says, "Ah, Auntie. Trust me ok?"

'Johnny' Mello says, "Sin'dorei? ...Azeroth, isn't it? I don't keep tabs on the bulletein often, for which I'm sorry. Welcome to the confusion."
Robin Nico chuckles, "Not at all, Miss Niece. I am merely concerned; I wouldn't want you to put yourself in harms way unnecessarily.
Helpfully Translated: [Orcish] Korari Windsilver says, "Yes, I am from Azeroth. Quel'Thelas, to be precise."
Diva says, "Oh, I have my Auntie to protect me for all those mean Holy Things"
Robin Nico says, "Yes."
'Johnny' Mello says, "I can't say I'm familiar with the specifics of your world, but I've heard of it in passing."
Yuna goes to shake her head. "It's complicated and someone from the outside world wouldn't be able to understand it." She goes to focus on Robin as she is much more polite then the freaky girl that was giving her wierd vibes. "Here in this world, the dead can return to the land of the living but then... If they don't get Sent, they will turn into fiends or mindless monsters." Completely ignoring the brat now.
Diva says, "Oh she's snubbing me now, Auntie. I want to have fun. She is boring."
Robin Nico chuckles softly, "Then shall we go explore?"
Diva says, "Yes. But can I deal with her first?"
Robin Nico says, "Please, allow me."
Diva says, "Alright Auntie."
General Ashnak snort. "Kazuma, you seem to think that killing has to be unsubtle, and that 'all guns blazing' is the only other way to do things. No offense, but that is both wrong /and/ stupid."
Kazuma Torisuma says, "Keep thinking that if you want, Ashnak."
General Ashnak says, "Sometimes people need to die, Kazuma. S'the way things work."
In that moment where Yuna isn't paying attention, Diva is suddenly behind her. Not right behind her but when did she get past Yuna and her giant parrot. "Come on Auntie! Lets go to that dig now." She waves from several feet behind Yuna, smiling despite the urge to kill Yuna and drink her dry rising in her cute little body. She wouldn't like the taste much but Yuna did look like she did carry quite abit of...food on her person.
Kazuma Torisuma says, "I never said it wasn't. But the way you do them isn't the only way they work either."
General Ashnak says, "It's more direct. You can't pussyfoot just 'cause you're afraid of hurting feelings."
Kazuma Torisuma says, "I don't tell you jack all about how you should do things, Ashnak. Person's judgment on the ground is more important than anything else. Just know that if you screw up, we'll toss you back to the wolves that you stir up."
Helpfully Translated: [Orcish] Korari Windsilver says, "I believe, as the mages say... 'You Spank It, You Tank It', Sir?"
Isa Reichert pointed 'flick' of a cigarette lighter. "You do things your way, we do it ours, da? Our way involves less... shall we say... /problems/."

General Ashnak says, "I know that, Kazuma. I'm saying too much /caution/ is bad for business, too."
General Ashnak says, "You think the Old Men ain't got bodies made on their way up?"
Kazuma Torisuma suddenly bursts out laughing.
Kazuma Torisuma just... thunders uproariously over the channel for almost a minute.
Isa Reichert says, "You think you know everything, da? But you are not leader. What is the saying? Walk a mile in someone else's shoes, d--" Pause. "Kazuma?"
'Johnny' Mello is recording this laughter to scare Matt with later.

Kazuma Torisuma says, "Go crawl back into your hole, Ashnak. If you've got a problem with how I do things, why don't you go dig Shadow out of whatever hole the IPA has pounded him into and see if people will take him back as your leader."
General Ashnak says, "Once again, /boss/, you seem, to think that the only way other than yours is /mass/ murder."
General Ashnak says, "Go ask one of the Old Men if he ever had someone killed out of convenience."
Haruko Haruhara says, "I did that once!"

Kazuma Torisuma says, "And as long as they're happy with how we run things, that's the way we're running em. You can bitch and moan all you want, but it's not going to change anything. As for the rest, you've got a bad case of tunnel vision."
General Ashnak says, "No, sir, with respect. You've got at least as bad a one as I do."
Kazuma Torisuma just chuckles.
Haruko Haruhara says, "Way worse, I'd say, yup yup."
Isa Reichert clink of glassware again. "Shut up. All of you. Da?"
Kazuma Torisuma says, "Keep thinking that, Ashnak. The surprise is always the best part."
General Ashnak says, "Sir? With respect, more ruthless men have tried to kill me."
Kazuma Torisuma says, "Who said anything about killing you?"
General Ashnak says, "I tend to consider anything less than that not as big a threat."
Kazuma Torisuma says, "As I said. Tunnel vision."
General Ashnak says, "Sir? Torture ain't a big deal to me. I'm an orc. Anything you can do to me short o' killin' /is not as big a threat/."
'Johnny' Mello says, "Hey, General? Are you going outta your way to tick off the chain of command? If not, y'might wanna box your greviances for another time."
Shin Matsunaga sighs harshly. "For the love of space."
Yuna kept her mismatched gaze on Robin as Valefor watches and follows the blurred form of diva. The Aeon opens her mouth to let out quite the hiss and proceeds to lift off of the ground. The half-breed reaches out and attempts to gently and carefully places a hand on Robin's shoulder.
Diva says, "Hmph. She touched you Auntie."
Robin Nico says, "Be careful, Miss Niece. It would seem her avian does not wish for you to continue."
Diva says, "Do I have permission?"
Robin Nico says, ".. It seems we have no other choice... but remember, you are not to harm her severely."
Diva says, "I promise not to kill her. Solomon says he wants me to listen to Kazuma."
"Teh..!" Robin expresses her surprise at how swiftly Diva moves with that slight noise - A small frown follows. She's seen people move that quickly before of course - CP9. It would seem that allying with Diva was a wise decision - allowing Robin to see, little by little, exactly what this strange girl was capable of.
At the same time - Robin knew very well how dangerous a game she was playing. So as Diva blurs ahead of Yuna, Robin takes a step forward, half a glance sent Yuna's way, "Excuse us." Even though Yuna just might be planning on attacking that girl who irritated her so much. After all, Diva -is- a threat.
So is Robin for that matter, but she's trying to be nice and civil. The hand on her shoulder causes Robin to stop, only out of curiosity, glancing towards the shorter girl. "I suggest that you call your... Aeon off. I wouldn't wish for it to be harmed."
Kazuma Torisuma says, "Hmmm. It's appreciated Diva - don't get yourself killed holding back though."
Diva says, "I will take just enough to kill her alive."
Diva giggles.
Diva watches the girl touch Robin's shoulder. A sinister smile crosses her lips. "Auntie. Do I have permission?" She says on the radio, her eyes burning blue in the nighttime air. Her lips only grow more amused by Robin's approval. With the same speed, Diva is suddenly within striking distance. Her hand pulls together and attempts to spearhand Yuna right through the chest. "Auntie. Could you take care of the bird? I don't like chicken very much. It's too commoner for my tastes."
The girl smiles at Yuna whether the strike hits or not. She tears the side of her dress, reaching under it to pull a small dagger from her thigh. "I don't really like this one. I guess its good enough for you then?"
Diva gets a glancing blow on Yuna with her SHOT THROUGH THE HEART attack.
Yuna goes to shake her head. "She is refusing to be dismissed and besides... I wouldn't dismiss her, not with a dangerous creature near by." Could she be talking about Diva? Who knows. She goes to try and dodge the attack by it still slices her chest. She goes to narrow her gaze as her injuries heals and Valefor gains a very tiny cut on her chest. "I wasn't going to attack you but since you made the first blow, We have to defend ourselves." She goes to speak strangely.
A delicate hand is raised into the air and Valefor unleashes a slew of energy towards Diva, it looks like the energy would have attacked Robin but just goes through her, not causing her any damage.

Lucky for Robin! -- unfortunately, this is also UNLucky for Robin. "Then I'm afraid I as well, will have to defend my companion." Mindless monster or not, Robin is currently her ally - seeing as Diva has the frail Summoner in hand, and has left Robin the Big McLargeHuge Aeon to Robin (Thanks by the way :)), the woman focuses her attention on the bird. "Viente Fleur -" Robin murmurs, and the bird gains a few new appendages. Two arms sprout to cover the bird's eyes, while four arms sprout from the bird's body to seize it by the neck and bend backwards. Seven arms on each side, next sprout tograb hold of the bird's wings and pin them back, "Grapple!"

"THe first attack was you putting a hand on Auntie. You got in the way of our fun. So now I'll have fun tearing you apart." The Chiroptera Queen makes eye contact with Yuna, gigglging at the thought of this fight. "Please make this a fun fight.." The sonic blast hits the spot where Diva was, making a crater where she once stood. However, Diva is now to the side of Yuna, taking no second thought to take a stab at the side of Yuna's chest. That blood was starting to look rather appetizing. What a delicious thought...Probably would taste funny. Island food generally was. The girl licks her lips none the less, attempting to skrew Yuna between one of her ribs.

"That wasn't an attack as it was a gesture." The Summoner responds to the accusion of starting the attack. But as it was, she was binded once Valefor was binded. Even binded she manages to dodge the attack. Her eyes cloud as Valefor goes to fly a little higher and then goes to unleash another 'Sonic Wave', this time aiming at both women.

Diva curses as her stab misses the target. This Priest managed t avoid one. She doesn't allow such things to get in the way of her fun. It was so much more entertaining when the meat struggled. Even if this meat was alittle on the meaty side. She looks up just alittle too late to avoid the blast from Valefor, flying backwards toward the water. The girl smiles as her cuts start to heal as if they were never there. She doesn't waste time coming in for another attack, this time attempting to slice the woman's chest head on.

And to think, Robin had never even intended to fight. But this was as much for Diva's safety as for show - and that bird is very annoying. As the Sonic Attack blows towards them both, Robin is unable to avoid it - like Diva, the blast sends her flying backwards, but fortunately she manages to catch herself - literally, as three arms sprout from her shoulder blades, palms flat against the ground to flip her back onto her feet, rather than land ungracefully on her back.
The arms retract, and Robin seeks to see just how durable the bird is. "Seis Fleur -" The bird can try and get higher, but for someone who literally doesn't have to touch you to attack, it's useless. Moreso when the arms blossom on the bird's body. "Clutch!" Six arms appear, to grab hold of Valefore's wing and _TWIST_ it in a way that a wing is not meant to twist. If it has bones, they might break.
To Yuna, her voice doesn't raise in anger - regretful perhaps, but still ever calm. "We did not come here to fight, but we will not stand down if you attack. Call your beast off, before you both are harmed further."

Yuna's arm moves the same way that Valefor's wing is twisted. She goes to let out a shriek as the cut goes into her chest, combined with the arm twist. "It is typical that the attackers lower their arms first before the defender lowers their arms." Silver spheres soon surround Yuna and goes to launch towards the both of them.

Diva chuckles as she watches the summoner shriek out in pain. drawing back her sword as she zips behind Yuna. This time the girl drops her sword and suddenly seizes Yuna, holding her for the moment. "And now, Summoner, lets sees how you taste." Diva wasted no time bearing her fangs and sinking them down into Yuna's neck. There was a sigh from the back of Diva's throat as she started to drink, content with the flavor for now. She would take just enough to keep Yuna alive because otherwise Mean old Mr. Kazuma would get very cross. What a funny thought. She wondered how Auntie would take this. In a way, Auntie shoulda known Diva was like this even under their story of being plain old vampires. What a funny thought.

"If that is the case, you should take a lesson." Robin replies. Why continue to fight, when Robin /clearly/ didn't want to - and was literally, only defending. Her eyes narrow slightly when Yuna starts to do ... something. The silver spheres launch at Robin and Diva both - Robin leaps backwards, well out of range of the spell.
"It is foolishness to continue!" Robin retorts. Fortunately they weren't fighting anywhere near any ruins, or she'd be -very- unhappy.
Diva dashes behind Yuna and chomps down on the Summoners neck. While she expected something of the like happening, given Robin's suspicions, it still stuns the historian enough to gasp silently. "Miss Niece --!" Is it concern for Yuna? Alarm towards the young lady who claimed to be her 'family'? Surprise in general? Who can say.
Yuna switches armor modes to Anima.
Those mismatched eyes widen as she was bitten and Valefor slowly disappears. But... Chains can soon be seen coming out of the ground and wrapping themselves around the Summoner.
The bird vanished? Excellent, maybe Yuna /finally/ decided to listen and -- a... Robin's eyes narrow at the sight of the chains. "Miss Niece - come away from there," she warns, taking a few steps back to get some space. She's not sure what's happening, but..
Diva stops as she notices the bird disappear. Did they win? No. That would be too boring. Just as the chains start appearing, Diva appears in front of Yuna...Well someone who is wearing what Diva was earlier. Now the girl appears slightly older, her physique filling out the dress Diva wore differently. In fact, Yuna's own face was now staring back at her, now with that smirk she saw earlier and two blue eyes rather than the one. The hair was slightly darker. The figure wipes the blood from her chin. "My My, This body feels nice..I could've taken every detail but that wouldn't be fun at all. And you were oddly delicious though I admit you're not my type. Very fun evening wouldn't you say Auntie?" The girl turns her head, smiling at her darkly in her new form. "Do I look nice Auntie? I can change back whenever I like now."
"Hmm.." Diva tears the front of her dress ever so slightly. "There. Now the top part fits better." She giggles as the blood starts to make her feel stronger. "She brought out another pet. How dull and utterly predictable."
Diva buffs her POW to +2.
The chains continues to appear out of the ground and wrapping themselves about Yuna and then a gaint ancur falls from the skies and digs itself deep into the ground. Soon the chains begins to move as if pulling something out and soon it became appearent that they were as a fishlike creature, bounded in chains was being pulled out of the ground. It lets out quite the roar and looks over the area with that single eye and throws it's head back and launches 'Pain' at the both of them.
