So with those channels we have, it can be assumed that most characters either own a radio of some sort, or are otherwise able to attune to their respective frequencies. But not everyone, we assume, has the same kind of radio.
Amuro Ray has a standard radio comm issued by the Earth Federation Forces, in association with the IPA. They're probably mass-produced by some manufacturer. It has an audio and video feed with a small screen. They've been in use ever since the Federation joined up with the IPA, although the ones in use by the military are always the newest models.
Haro is also able to hook into the frequency, in emergencies.
Frozen Heart is using a crystal affixed with a sorcery charm and charged with Essence. It's a wide, flat-cut gem that fits in the palm of his hand, a translucent pale blue, and it glows softly when in operation. He wears it on a silver band around his wrist, usually covered by his sleeve and glove.
Pizza is a cyborg of strange GaoGaiGar Tech. He is probably connecting with the frequency directly, or communicating through his Zondarized J-Stone. Not that it matters, as he rarely speaks on radio unless he's trying to get someone's attention.
