such a great weekend...
i've been trying to post since 07:00, but gotten distracted somehow until now...
the weekend was great. i love my car! we were going to hit up kansas, but i'm glad we didn't. my aunt cathy's house, where we were supposed to stay was affected by the tornados. she was without power and water for the last half of the holiday. also, my aunt patty's farm was hit. the silo was destroyed. not some little silo, one of the 300ft tall ones! _--glad we stayed in houston--_
had a good weekend otherwise too. got out of bed late on all three days. ran lots of errands and went to a lot of gatherings. started friday off right with stephanie and trevor. got off work and went swimming at stephanie's house. three hours later we got out of the pool! haha. then dinner at champps, then home.
my sister's 3rd birthday party was this weekend, sunday. travis' birthday party was this weekend too, that was fun. sunday we went to JR's for 1$ vodka drinks and karaoke. it was PACKED! rehsam and nick met trevor, meg, and me up there. after about an hour, we all decided to leave. we were sweaty and annoyed. drinks were also 2$ because of the crowd/celebration. went to catbirds, then to ruchi's. i checked out troy's honda s2000. freakin' SWEET car, 250hp too!
i don't know what else to say. i'm officially 7am to 4pm now. kinda scary. i am going to take it as a good change. that way i have more time during the day to get things done .. and i have a better chance at getting to bed early.
