Aw hell... I sure could'a used this information before last weekend.
That third dossier you sent me, Hanamura Neon. He came into my workshop a few days ago. He introduced himself as Hitoshi, and needed me to take a look at some cybernetics...
He needed some repairs done, and it didn't seem all that hard, so... Um... I kinda repaired him.
... Sorry. I haven't seen him around again since then.

Yeah, of course you can come and take a look.
I haven't put anything on the table I had him laying on while I worked on him... A good engineer needs a sterile workspace for proper invention, after all. And I haven't had the time or need of space to do anything with it yet. I'll leave everything the way it is until you arrive, but... I can't promise that the rest of my lab will be as clear as it was. I've been doing a lot of work these past few days.
