At the moment, Darryl is my favorite character, followed closely by Rick. I just think Darryl is this wonderful, multifaceted character, and a bad-ass besides, LOL. Also, I have a thing for bad-asses with a kind/gentle side, which obviously Darryl has. Rick is awesome too, of course, but I'm just slightly annoyed with the level of his goodness sometimes. Does that make any sense at all? I'd like to see them do more with the bad-ass side of his character. I loved Shane, too, and love me some Shane/Rick, and I still can't quite believe they killed him off! *sob* Glenn is fantastic, too! I'd like to see a little more badassery from him as well. ;)

What is it about the female characters on this show? I don't think there's one that is fully developed and doesn't annoy me. Lori is quite developed, but she annoys the crap out of me. Andrea isn't bad, and I would love to see Carol developed! Seriously, what do we know about her other than she was a mother and formerly an abused wife? I hope they work some more on the female characters next season, if they can do it without neglecting the male ones, of course. ;) Oh, and I do like Maggie, too; her character has loads of potential.

Hmm...I'm not sure I have a particular favorite episode at this point. I need to get the DVD season 1 DVDs and watch the season 2 eps again; most of them I've only seen once or twice so far.

I really, really, REALLY don't want them to kill off Darryl. Hopefully they wouldn't do that since they just killed off two of their most major characters, and hopefully they realize that Darryl is one of the best they still have. They can kill off all of the farm family except for Maggie; I don't give a rip about any of them. i think it would be interesting if they killed off Lori, but I don't see them doing it at this point.

How about you? Favorite characters/eps? Who (if anyone) do you think/expect/fear they'll kill off?

Well, as you might have guessed Daryl is my favorite character. FOR ALL THE REASONS REALLY.

I entirely agree with you about the lack of female character development. As a woman it is a bit rough to stomach sometimes. I am warming up to Andrea more and more though. And I have loved Carol from the beginning, regardless. Lori is my least favorite to be honest. She is well...I think you get the idea. - I think Andrea is the shining light at the moment for the stand out, take charge of life kind woman. She doesn't want to do laundry and cook, so she doesn't. And that is awesome. Carol likes doing that, and that is awesome too. The point is that Andrea is choosing for herself what she thinks she should be doing, and that is protecting camp. - I loved her little conversation with Lori where Lori was all but implying that a woman's place was 'aiding' the men, cooking, and cleaning for them, and Andrea was basically like: Blatch please.

I seriously doubt that we have to to worry about them killing Daryl. Half the world would rebel and the ZA would probably ACTUALLY happen. LOL. - But I do fear for Carol. A LOT. With Sophia gone I almost feel as though she is on borrowed time. *wibbles* - Then again..Dale. *sobs in a cornor*

Oh gods, LORI.

I was so offended by her "I am barefoot and pregnant LOL" speech, chewing Andrea out for protecting them instead of...what is it that's left to be done? Polishing the silver?

And given the preview of the finale, Andrea had a pretty good reason to keep an eye on the horizon.
