(no subject)
Had an odd day yesterday. After bringing Chris home from donating blood at his 'old' high school, I was just too tired to do anything. I went to rest and slept nearly the whole day away. He gave blood, not me! What was that all about? I take supplements. Maybe my body just needed to rest.
Mini-me is at Monkey Jungle doing community service hours. She's with the orangutans today and then she'll be making enrichment toys for the monkeys that have been used in research experiments. I know she's having a good time.
Tonight is Doctor Who!
I don't know who has the worst people in charge of education: Florida or Texas? Because...damn! o.O History is history, you take the good and the bad and you certainly shouldn't 'rewrite' it to fit your agenda (any agenda). Glad I don't live in Texas.
Roxanne laid another egg last night and this time, she's nurturing it. I may have to go to the aviary store and get nesting materials for her. We could have a baby parakeet soon.
