Crossover CSI style...

This week, Ray Langston will be on all three shows for a CSI crossover. Poor Lawrence Fishburne having to deal with a subpar actor like David Caruso. I didn't watch it last night (CSI: Miami), but I'm sure I can catch up when I watch CSI:NY tomorrow night.

Oh I just read that Fishburne and Caruso are good friends.

I must have heard five radio spots for the crossover this morning. First thought: ratings must not be improving much. Second thought: I'll be seeing if TNT has last week's episode of Bones I missed instead.

Fishburne and Caruso: Maybe it's the opposite way I feel about Jack Black. When Jack Black is playing a character, I usually enjoy the performance. When he's in something portraying himself, I want to beat his brains out with a baseball bat. Caruso might be a normal human being when not acting and perfectly likable. *Snicker*

Or it's just Hollywood kissy face not to spoil the show. ;)

The ratings for CSI have not recovered since Petersen's departure. That's proof that he did draw the viewers in. That's my woobie! :D The ratings for CSI:Miami have always been the lowest of the three CSI shows. Well, that I can remember anyway.

Interesting fact: Petersen was against the spinoffs.

Caruso might be a normal human being when not acting and perfectly likable.

This is very true. I just think he's a poor actor and the show's writing lacks compared to the other two.
