Baby has developed hearing! Just in time for that new Jim Butcher book that came in the mail today :-) So Will and I shall take turns reading to one another. I figure the baby's gonna know my voice regardless as I spend all day talking while I'm at school, but that ends soon. And I don't do much (any) talking while I'm home alone, so.... Anyway, we usually fight over who gets to read the Butcher book (either series) when it comes in, so taking turns reading it will be an interesting project.
Baby also is growing hair this week, and his legs and arms are now proportional to his body.
This picture gives an interesting perspective on what he's doing in there. Apparently he likes to spend a lot of time facing my spine, which explains why I can't really feel his kicks. I can sometimes tell WHEN he's moving, but I don't necessarily feel the movements themselves. I can't wait to feel an actual kick (or punch or shift). We're headed to see my family Saturday lunch/ afternoon and Will's family Saturday night/Sunday and we're taking the ultrasound photos and video with us. It'll be interesting to see how many predictions we get.
