Has anyone seen Arizona's new potential conception/abortion bill? Because it says that the child's conception begins the first day of the mother's last menstrual cycle. So, potentially two weeks before she's even pregnant. All so that they can cut the abortion date to 20 weeks, making it possibly even 18 weeks.
I am so glad I do not live in Arizona. Like seriously. How is this still even an argument? Why is contraception and everything that goes along with it such a hot button issue this election? I thought this aspect of the women's rights movement was over? And Rush Limbaugh some of the commentators who are arguing about birth control don't even seem to know how it works. According to him you take it every time you have sex, not once a day. And apparently he doesn't know about the Depo shot either.
I just don't understand why this is still an issue.
