Feeling whumped!

Well, more of my friends over at GW now have met the man himself - Joe Flanigan. I admit, I'm intensely jealous of all of them. Yet, I am also intensely glad too because meeting Joe couldn't have happened to nicer, deserving friends. From the sounds of things, Joe really seems to personify what a true gentleman should be. *sighs dreamily

Aw hon! I'm sorry you're so bummed out about it. I know how you feel though. I've held on to my con ticket since last Oct, squeed like mad when Joe got added to the schedule a year prior to the event and then cried like a baby when he disappeared back in Sept. Then I felt worse when the GWs got notice of Joe at the Expo and they got to meet him all within a month. But look, good things DO happen. A week before NJ, Joe was added back to the schedule and I DID get to meet him. So don't give up! He hasn't said no to Vancouver, according to word from fans in NJ, he hasn't been asked yet. And it's a good sign that he was able to work with Creation to attend NJ, so I can totally see them inviting him to Vancouver. After all he's right there and it's during filming so it's so totally more possible for him to go there than to NJ after being in London.

I am keeping my fingers crossed he goes, and then you'll be on the Joe high and will follow him to NJ next year so we can hang!! See how optimistic I am? Vancouver, NJ again, and we meet! :) I'm taking my positive cues from Shep - there WILL be a rescue :)
