habeas corpus? i don't talk on the phone that often, so didn't really care that you were listening. my e-mails..even senior senators don't communicate through e-mail anymore. but habeas corpus? are two million citizens in prison, who were told there charges when arrested/innocent untill proven gulity/free to defend themselves in a public court, just not safe enough for you that you had to burn and shit on one of western civilizations greatest, most progressive ideal? hitler had to burn the reichstag down to get this, you just had to ask congress.
