today i saw the weirdest thing
this bum was trying to get INTO a cop car. the cops kept doing that running shoving thing to get him away, hitting him a few times, and then trying to run back into their car. but this dude was like 8 feet tall and kept catching up. then they'd start over. at some point, they shoved him and he got distracted by what appeared to be one of his 10 dry cleaning bags, and they got in the car. they had to stop at a stop sign and when the did, the bum jumped onto the back on the car. he hung onto the trunk, as well as the dry cleaning bag, for an absurdly long time before the cops peeled out and he flew off onto the street. he got up and continued walking down the sidewalk with his dry cleaning bag as if nothing happened. the whole ordeal lasted a good 3 or 4 minutes.
