My little live journal!!!
Im actually so glad I have this, it will be fun to read back on someday soon (or now...even though I know I deleted an entry or two or 60.)
I love stumbleupon.com, it is amazing. I have found such great stuff on here (probably filed under self help or what have you...hmmm) that I believe will really change my life for the better. It's just so interesting. The amount of information that is logged into the internet is amazing....I've never really understood that concept until now. I seriously goggle 60 times a day.
Anywho with that schpeel over...I just wanted to point out that I am a sociology whiz. (Saying so is part of my new life outlook visavee le stumble) I am reading this page http://www.anxietyculture.com/worry.htm and it says

There's a useful gimmick to help stop worrying (we've already mentioned it briefly in How to Avoid Responsibilities, but it's worth looking at in detail). You simply cultivate the habit of postponing worrying. Your mind becomes (re-)conditioned to not dwell on worries in the present.

The trick is that whenever you feel plagued by a worrying thought, note it down on a "worry sheet" (a piece of paper set aside for the purpose) - you can then forget about it, knowing that you plan to worry later.

This deceptively simple technique is effective because it bypasses the psychological obstacles mentioned above. Your mind is "fooled" into thinking that you haven't given up worrying. Meanwhile, you lose the habit of worrying in the present moment.

and I literally did that right before I went on the internet.

My worry list (which I termed a to-do list)

-Present/Dinner for Mom's birthday
-Paint Room
-Apply for Manning
-Cont. Working Out (+download more dance music)
-Be more consistent with school reading.

My worry list! hahaa

That is all, my fine feathered friends.
