New Beginnings

A quick summary of myself, for those who might not know me:
My name is Eric Gasior.
I am 20 years old.
I live in St. Paul, Minnesota.
I really like to read.
Moving on....
So I moved into a house in St. Paul on November 13th. On that day, the girl I had been dating for three years and my best friend of six years decided it would be fun if they started dating. Needless to say, this has made my living situation quite uncomfortable. There is a lot of fallout, and I'm trying hard not to let it affect the things that are important to me, but as time passes the situation is getting more difficult to ignore, rather than easier. But I digress...
I am unemployed, I quit my job at UPS via not showing up to work for about 3 weeks. I am very, very broke. This is unpleasant.
I've begun seeing a new girl, we like to call her Stella (a la A Streetcar Named Desire.) She's an actor and a setpainter. I definately like her, but she leaves on tour with her acting troupe for at least 3 months on January 8th, and that makes me a bit apprehensive. She's also emotionally volatile, and I tend to do better with more even people.
In more personal, although possibly slightly less interesting matters:
I really would like to start playing trombone again. I used to be a pretty decent player, and I miss playing a lot. I've also been writing a lot of songs lately, but I'm not very good at arranging. C'est la vie.
