Not a pancake breakfast
Scrambled eggs, with red and green peppers, a few onions, and a little chive, sprinkled with grated cheese. Potatoes O'Brien with a sprinkle of cheese, english muffin with raspberry jelly, pulpy orange juice and coffee, but no pancakes today.
In taking this, I either need curtains on my windows, or hella better photo editing skills. I checked the histogram in this and the low end is really blown out. More practice is the order of the day, after I finish eating my breakfast.
