I spent yesterday emptying and cleaning the tent trailer. Fortunately,
montanamary did a great job of removing three years of playa dust while she was using it this summer. My part was emptying it, and then getting the nooks and crannies. I'm going to wait to pack it up until
erynn999 gets here via her trip to Portland. I'm not sure how much stuff she'll have, and after 8 trips to the playa, I've got my packing pretty well down.
I'm hoping to be on the road south and west as early as possible on the 18th. We're due to meet a couple of Ranger buddies in Wells, Nevada for Sunday breakfast at the cafe that Bella's house of purchasable pleasure owns. From there, a last stop at the grocery in Winnemucca, and then off on the Jungo Road to take the back way onto the playa. The way that goes right by Trego hot spring.
Since this is
erynn999's first trip to Burningman, and she's the first person I've brought to Burningman, I figured to give her the full tour. There are lots of Burners who have never been on Jungo Road. (Some would argue smart Burners that have never been on Jungo Road.)
It's not just a vacation, it's an Adventure!
