The Calm before the storm
This is the house I'm buying. The photo was taken before we had golfball size hail the Saturday before Father's Day, along with funnel cloud sightings. All the windows on the west side were broken out, and the roof will need to be replaced.

The good news is that the last 1950 era window on the west wall is now an energy efficient window. Now all the west windows are high efficiency. And since the roof damage is insured, I'll start off my new house with a new roof.
