I could tell some stories about missing body parts when I was a medic, but I won't, in order to spare the rest of your flist thier breakfast.

eh, I'm sure arms have been found clutching all manner of things--cigarette lighters, food, makeup, big gulps, radio tuning knobs.

I'm sure you're right. There are any number of potential distractions while you're driving. Most of them are easy to avoid. At least they had their seat belts on, and managed to live through the lesson.

The state legislature just passed a law prohibiting drivers from holding cell phones...must use the hands-free kits.
IMO, another example let's legislate stupidity. Too bad it will wind up keeping it in the gene pool.
