my knee hurts :(
had a game of hockey today against cardiff mens 1st team. given that im usually a 3rd team player, very unfit and was awake at 7am to set off there at 9....i still have a shit game. well actually all of us did getting beaten 8-0 courtesy of some very bad umpiring. never mind though.
the game is where the pain in my knee comes from. i made a "crucial" tackle and was then tripped and slid for about 5 yards on my knee and did a few rolls before standing up and playing on again, but the thing dont half hurt now though.

oh well, need sleep coz i am very tired.
