Don't worry about posting too much - we have the option of ignoring you :P

Ok, my own personal opinions. As you have them written, 3 and 6 seem the most interesting to me. 3 from the standpoint that the country seems to really be debating the concept of what is marriage... is it man/woman, what about polygamy? What about gay relationships? Is it a religious institution that has been secularized too much? 6 from the standpoint that there is certainly a stereotype/prejudice (especially among gay men) that there is the push for sex, so what about someone who wants the committed, monogamous relationship.

One thing on the issue of food. I'm not sure what level this is being pushed in the states, but Fairtrade items here are really getting mainstream, and really, fairtrade is the new organic. The offside to that is that Fairtrade items have to be transported to reach the consumer market, which increases the carbon footprint - it may be best for the people that produce the items, but is the side effect a negative for the environment? What is the effect on local farmers? Is it more ethical to support a local farmer or fairtrade? What about produce that are grown locally, but in greenhouses? What should a socially and environmentally conscious purchase for maximum benefit?

Can't wait to see what you settle on :)
