you're always worth the wait i guess
On a less melodramatic note:
So I need to buy a present for my friend, and like, I don’t know what to get her.
Normally, with birthdays with friends, we just buy each other drinks or whatever, but she showed up on my birthday with a legit like, present, a shiny little wallet purse that she bought solely because she remembered, and I quote, you like shiny things. Which is true. Metallic is my zone. But obviously a drink would not be adequate reciprocation.
Also, she doesn’t really drink that much. I’m trying to think how to describe her- she’s like this tiny little tough, charismatic Pakistani girl, and she wears a lot of t-shirts and capris, but like, she’s also meticulous about her appearance- she’s always getting manipedis and her eyebrows done. I kind of adore her, she is lits one of my favorite people in the world, even if our personalities clash sometimes as mine is doing with everyone in the whole world rn I'm blessed with the ability to make everyone hate me, make it stoppppp. I could buy her jewelry, but I don’t know what kind she really wears.
