Oh god, I don't think there are enough words for how giddy I was when I found out about the Sherlock miniseries. Or, I guess I should say I was giddy when I actually began watching it? With it's prolific gay jokes and serial killer cracks? I will spare you all my thoughts until I've seen the next bit, but for now, have a texted conversation between my friend and I:
Me: "I'm not a psychopath, I'm a high functioning sociopath."
Jeff: That a quote, or stating the obvious?
Me:Stating the obvious? About what?
Jeff: You.
Me: Hey! That's what I thought you meant. No, its a quote.
Jeff: You denying it?
Me: ...No.
Me: -walks outside to see my mom weeding- Mom, Jeff thinks I'm a high functioning sociopath.
Mom: -cracks up- He said that?
Me: -explains show-
Mom: Well...-cracks up again-
Also, more fun text convos:
Keith: We are so geocaching cross-country. Also, if I pick you up in my car, you're probably going to learn stick shift on some lonely road late at night.
Me: Kinky. How bout I teach you to drive stick at night? (obviously I brought this one myself...)
Keith: I was gonna teach you to drive, whatever you wanna do with the stick while I'm sleeping in the passenger seat is entirely up to you. ;)
Keith: Hey, I'm willing to keep an open mind: two Indian boyfriend,s I'm sure you learned all sorts of wacky Kama Sutra shite :)
Unrelated: I think Eli is my new favorite Degrassi character. He has such a little shiteating smirk that I kind of want to devour with my mouth. KC who?
