If you don't know how to use a computer effectively in the work space, you need to learn. If you don't have anyone that can teach you, check a library for books on how to use Windows/OSX and their basic productivity tools. If you feel that the computer is just a magical box that puts pretty pictures on the screen and you want to keep it this way, please understand that all you are doing is hurting yourself and making people whom ARE skilled with these products less interested in helping you. I will never understand the willingness of people to just stagnate and allow tools that will better their ability to do the tasks required of them better, faster, easier, and outwardly appear much more professional to the "younger" crowd.
