rent my room!
do any of y'all want to (or know anyone that wants to) take over my room? it's awesome...
i am looking to find someone to take over my lease as soon as possible. it is up on july 31. the rent is $471.65/month and bills are usually around $50-60. the house is in north campus at 37th and speedway. in case you don't know them, my other roommates are a gay guy (patrick!) and a girl (nicole!). they are both very nice, responsible, and respectful. they are both full time students at UT. I am looking for a girl to take over the lease, as she will be sharing a bathroom with nicole; patrick has his own. the rooms in the house are really big and it is on the UT shuttle line and the city's #5 bus. i have pictures! comment or email me at lilyayoung@gmail.com if you are interested.
