(no subject)
it's super cold.
i got a virus (or two) on my computer... and it's really annoying.
last friday went to lecture by the history prof i had at Kyiv-Mohyla, and also ran into my Ukrainian language prof from Lviv...it was pretty strange to see them in the same room talking, in washington dc. also ran into my friend's aunt. then went to a bar that has "the largest selction of beer in the world" and tried some really good barleywine and then ordered a Lvivske beer that wasn't very good and only had 4% alcohol content.
my parents got to DC today, we just came back from Ethiopian restuarant!
tomorrow starts my last week at work.
saturday taking train to MAINE to hang out with the sister, and the following weekend we are going to go to New Hampshire to go cross country skiing and snow-shoeing! yay!
it's been a couple weeks and still barely listened to a tiny fraction of the 100 GB of Ukrainian music (ethno, folk, rock, ska, punk, hardcore, hip-hop, etc) that my cousin gave. rather, i am not even a quarter through the ethno and folk music....
still no word from my internships....
i'm excited to be in chicago for the holidays.
my future is still unknown.....................................................
