Lessons NOT Learned
So, you'd think that we would have learned our lesson and quit doing stupid things while drunk. Yea. Well, between Neil's insistence that these Parini people are evil vampires and our propensity to take any opportunity for breaking and entering we secured a couple of ill gotten tickets to the Parini benefit ball tonight. We went to 'investigate', what we were investigating IO couldn't tell you, a lot of the details were vauge. Idi's guy (vamp) Alan had an actual legitimate ticket and brought her. Vik rented a limo- we all got evening wear, and away we went.
It all seemed super normal, at least normal for a black tie event, that is until Neil (inside of Jacob, don't ask) disappeared down a hall. Just when we noticed they were gone, (Emma and I were upstairs looking for.. um.. intelligence I guess) we also noticed that all the waiters suddenly touched their ears, obviously listening to a headset of some kind. Figuring that there was something a food, we headed down to the basement to- well- investigate. We ran into some guards who took us down to a basement storeroom. All sorts of totally un-kosher activity appeared to be going down there, but Jacov was happy as a clam, watching a movie. Go figure. We headed back up and figured it was time toe leave, in shifts. We met Vik in the limo, he had this guy, Lucius, who we'd noticed watching us earlier, sort of cornered. I'm not sure why, but Vike said he was cool and I've learned to trust Vik's word. He tends to be right about things. We had just piled into the limo when a Sluagh suddenly showed up with a 'message' she couldn't give there in the limo. We head over to Raxo's house since he lived near by. Once there we piled out into his living room, the message, well, lets just say we were fucking WRONG about the poem. Turns out Neil, Saki, Idi Vik and Emma all have items of importance, which at 3 am to night need to be at certain places, or else, then the bitch slit her wrists. She's fucking dead. Psycho crazy flying lady also suddenly showed up, shedding light on the ten pm night. Bright unnatural day. In fact the day that should not be. So we're left dividing up into pairs, Lucius says he's with us. I guess he's a vampire hunter? Neil and Jacob, Saki and Raxo with her Ankh, Idi and Lucious with her necklace at the golf course, Vik and Santi, and then me and Emma. All with a thing, all in a place, all in less then 6 hours. Oh, did i mention an the unnatural day that suddenly showed up. Oh Fuck.
