lame line
The other day I had somebody use that "Why don't you give me your home number so I can call you, hurr hurr." line. This only really irritated me because that line is for telemarketers, not tech support. First of all, you called me. So it's not like i'm unexpectedly disturbing you at dinner. Second, calling me at home would do no good since i wouldn't have access to the slew of programs, tools, and information we use to find and fix the problems. Come on man, i know you've been waiting to use that line since you saw that one episode of seinfeld, but there is a proper situation in which to use it.
