And then there were three.

Saturday morning I got up early and had Frankie put on my spare tire. After that it was work. Feeling comfortable with it Stefanie, Mallory and I went to the Auction and then up to the mall so Mallory could get her bunny that night. We ate then while they were upstairs getting the bunny I was checking out the book sale that was happening outside of Boscovs. I bought a few old looking hardback books that are from the 20s-30s according to the publishing dates. I got one that is German-English dictionary or something along those lines that might be from the 1910s range according to the date inside. The spine is falling apart and looks to be leather but I still like it.

Afterwards we dropped the bunny off at Mallory's so we could run to Wal-Mart for stuff for the bunny. Back at her house we got the cage set up and the rabbit settled. Stef dyed Mallory's hair and we hung out.

At home we let Gimp out of my room and she was breathing funny, panting and foaming around the mouth or something. Stefanie was getting scared and we called around to a few animal hospitals, finally finding one in Mt. Laurel. Not knowing where it was we called a few people to see if they could take us but no one answered or would. Finally we called my godmother and she took us.

We waited around a while, filled out paperwork and they took Gimp. By then she was breathing better. We thought maybe she had a bad seizure since she's had them in the past. The vet watched her a while and did a chest x-ray. During it Gimp got out of breath and they had to give her oxygen. Finally she came back and told us that she had an enlarged heart and that was why she wasn't breathing good. Things weren't looking good. They kept her the day and we went home around 8 and we called out of work.

Sunday night we got more information and things were not improving. Stefanie wanted to see Gimp so Aunt Rita took her up while I stayed home. We ended up having her put to sleep because there was nothing we could do and it wasn't right to make her suffer.

Now it feels funny with just the three dogs and they sense the loss of Gimp. I keep expecting Gimp to be sleeping on the floor beside my bed.

Tonight Stefanie, Mallory and I went to see Step Up. It was not what I was expecting. It was boring, not something I'd waste seeing a second time. It didn't help that there were two guys who kept talking and adding their own commentary during the movie. Finally I went to tell someone and they sent Barry, the security guard in. Of course by then they had shut up when they saw him. Before Barry came in, Mallory told them to shut up and I shot them a few dirty looks.

Afterwards we went to Wal-Mart, the diner and then hung out at Mallory's. We played with the bunny and then sat outside throwing ice in the road, hoping people would run it over. We made a run to WaWa for a bag of ice and tossed it in the road at times while also writing and drawing on the road. Her dog, Hudson, kept rolling and chasing a basketball around the yard and into our backs so we would throw it for him. I swear it looked like he was playing soccer with himself the way he kicked it with his paws.

Tomorrow I work and tomorrow night Stef and Mallory want to see Clerks one final time before it leaves on Thursday night. I think I'll see it a third and final time since I liked it.
