Half and hour of work and sending for more dead people info.

Yesterday I was at work for only half an hour then I clocked out and sat in on Charlie and the Chocolate Factory until Mom could pick me up. We ran to One Stop Shop for a money order so I can mail out a request for copies of two articles from the Columbia County Historical and Genealogy Society. I sent for an obituary and what will hopefully be an article on indencent exposure by a possible great grandfather in 1921. That will take two to three weeks to get anything back. I also ended up getting stamps at the post office.

Today I wasn't needed at work so I slept in until around three when Mom work me up asking about how to turn off the computer since it was storming out. The thunder was loud and the lightning sharp at times. And it had the dogs going nuts at times. It ended around 4 or so and then things were calm. I went back to bed for a while and slept from about six to nine thirty.

Tomorrow I work from two until ten. I just hope I don't get sent home early because otherwise I'll have a pathetic paycheck next week.

Now I think I'll wash my dinner dishes and then work on my Jack plushie. All I did last night was cut the fabric for the striped sash around his waist and try to dye the red fabric for the bandana a bit darker since it's too red to me. Didn't really work out though since it's still pretty much the same shade of red as when I started out.
