I am starting at rank 4, so jumping to week 3 to start. More than likely move through the 6 weeks training with weeks 3, 3, 4, 4 or 5, 5 and 6.
Definitely not looking forward to week 6 - starting on the first day with 45, 55, 35, 30 and 55+ with 60 seconds between each, then ending with the last day with 26, 26, 33, 33, 26, 26, 22, 22, 60+ with only 45 seconds between each set! I am guessing I will be extending it to a 7 week test.
