China? Never heard of it. I'm from the Soutern Water Tribe in the South Pole, though. I learned to make swords and stuff with Master Piandao, and he's in the Fire Nation. That could be it?

[And Sokka probably looks from, at least, feudal-esque China. All things considered, his world is heavily implied with Chinese.]
