Hey, this place got anywhere to train or practice fightin? I mean, as much as I love laying around, I'd rather try t'keep myself occupied every once in a while. I was thinkin' about using the garden, but a lot of people relax there and I'm not that big of a jerk.

As far as training rooms -- well, I guess "rooms" tells you something. Different parts of the recreation areas are set apart for training, if you want to use them. As for the kinds of powers around here, I'm sure Greed or Ling or anyone he rooms with can tell you more than I can.
