I don't know if everyone reads the magazine I worked for this month, but I thought I'd share some of the highlights of the fashion column I wrote.
[First is a picture of No 1, in the dress Kurt made for that she wore in
this post. Her shoes, however, are red and have much lower heels, as well lacking the ankle straps.]
Isn't she lovely? I particularly like the way the dress matches her eyes. She looks so strong, but still feminine. I was very impressed.
[Next is a photo of Max. She's in her usual outfit, but her jeans are plaid.]
I'm sorry, but not only is this outfit lacking anything to make it stand out, but you should always remember to never wear patterns on the lower half of your body. It makes your hips look way too big.
[There is a photo of a random alien wearing
this dress. Basically, imagine a red Twi'lek in it instead of this model or Padme.]
I like the way this dress manages to be simultaneously modest and alluring. The color is quite attractive, too, especially the way it contrasts with her skin. But I think a somewhat shorter skirt would be more practical.
[And then there are several pictures of Shishiwakamaru. The first set has him in what seems to be fairly basic long swim trunks, except there's an odd pattern of cut-outs, almost like bubbles. They're big enough to be visible in the picture, but not so large as to be that revealing. The other notable thing about it is that it's continually changing colors.]
I had to use several photos to capture this one. The pattern on the suit is nice, but what really makes it special is the way it changes color.
[Next is a photo of him in
this.]
But I'm afraid I don't know what the designer was thinking with this one. It's both vulgar and ridiculous.
[OOC: I apologize for the scarcity of actual pictures. I can't draw and no one wants to see me try, so you just get descriptions. Sorry.]
