He remembers the whole 'hey, I turned into your wife' thing, and it was pissing him off to think he allowed it to happen to begin with. But as the sharp pop of the gun sounded and he was breathing out a last, soft breath, he was suddenly in a place where green-skinned dudes with 5 eyes roamed casually

Ah, my first name is Maes! Though not many of the kiddos call me by it.

[Actually, just Gracia and Roy. He's never really questioned why his last name caught on so quickly back home.]

I guess if you don't have anything better to do, I wouldn't mind someone seasoned to help me out!
