[The video flicks on to an angry face! Hawkeye seems to turn toward the camera mid-sentence (mid...argument?) and immediately starts talking--though she's addressing the network, and rather calmly too, she's focused on someone off camera as she speaks.]

Once upon a time in a land far away, there was a very vain and arrogant man who did very stupid things against the better judgment of those around him--his clear intellectual superiors if his rash and thoughtless actions were any sort of judge. One day he got it into his head to be horribly smug and tricked his neighbor into participating in one of his many very stupid decisions. The neighbors stole the king's favorite horse in full view of many people, but very luckily not one of them recognized who they were.

Or so the naive and trusting innocent neighbor thought.

In reality, not one, but two people were in the crowd who properly identified them both--the arrogant man knew this but neglected to tell his innocent neighbor and tried to lie. But the vain man was not very smart and slipped up one day, and this made the innocent neighbor so very angry she pulled out her pistol and shot him in the foot for being a complete idiot.

The moral of this story is she with the best shot controls the situation. Let's try not to forget this.
