I, ah - had a little run-in with some guy outside.

Thought he was a Zoan user, the way he kept switching back and forth between a human form and another, but the water didn't seem to affect him so I guess we can rule that possibility out.

Don't know. May or may not have been the guy, I have no idea - didn't seem to be him, though.

Then again, I've only spoken with Envy once before, so I might be wrong.
