[the camera comes on and you can hear cheerful Chinese music playing. Have a view of the living room of 5-1 with piles and piles of Xingese food and this handpainted banner!]
[you hear the following being whispered in the background]
"It is recording. Ready."
"... Are you sure this is okay, Ran Fan? [shuffle shuffle] Does it really look all right?"
"Yes, it really looks all right, Tear. I am not saying it just to be nice. This burgundy color is very pretty."
"... is it supposed to be like [indicates the form-fitting-ness] this?"
"Yes, a bit. But it does not look slutty. It looks ladylike on you...." [blush blush]
[most likely turning equally as red] "... Uh...thank you... oh, is the banner straight? Can you tell from there?"
"A little higher on the left... T-tear! Are you completely sure that my hair does not look silly in braids like this?"
[rustle rustle] "How is this... it looks wonderful, Ran Fan. It's a shame you don't do your hair like that more often..."
"Ah, that is perfect. Enough, I cannot look at myself anymore or I will end up hiding in a closet all day. [the sound of her pounding a hand into her palm] Let's do this."
[Ran Fan and Tear Grants step out on either side of their sign. They are dressed in Xingese dresses. Tear's is burgundy brocade with a selenia flower design. And trust me, she is rocking that dress oh god look out.
Ran Fan's is dark green with bamboo and plum flowers, worn over black pants-- this is the first time you have seen her wear a color and it wasn't Italy's dare. Cheeks a bit pink, the two girls bow deeply and then gesture to their banner]
Happy Xingese New Year!!!
The party is ready now. Please come to 5-2 for Xingese food and tea.
We should eat lucky noodles and peach buns together and celebrate Happy Year of the Dragon.
