[Franziska is in the library, and the camera lingers on shelves of books lined up against the walls - she makes a small sigh of frustration, as nothing seems to be quite what she is looking for. She moves her Guide so she's now present in its video feed, whip in hand and looking quite irritated.]
Does anyone know where I can find any references pertaining to intergalatic law? I see that people were most certainly not joking when they said this place was disorganised - it is clearly run by the most foolish of fools.
Recent events have me wondering what sort of justice system is set in place here - if any at all - but because I am new here, my scope of knowledge on such things is infuratingly limited. That's why I want to uncover what sort of laws govern this place. The power of the law is absolute, but at the same time, flexible. Things can be modified to make the worl- the universe - a safer place. Of course, this is all too idealistic for now, so I would happily settle for some information.
Failing that, find me the contact details for whoever set up this library's system. I wouldn't mind have a few...words with them. [Her fingers clench tellingly on the handle of her whip.]
