... More of my laundry is missing.

I don't think I misplaced it this time. Is someone doing this? Because it's not funny. I'm just trying to do my laundry in peace. I didn't think there'd be bullying like this on a refugee ship.I get a lot of free food from my new job, testing alien foods. They're surprisingly good. You're sure your laundry simply isn't getting lost in the dryer?

I emptied out the entire dryer.

Yes, but have you considered the possibility of them -- well, I don't want to quite say "vanishing", but something similar to that?

... Not...really. You think there's a wormhole in the dryer?

It's a little bit hard to understand how exactly it works. I mean, there's been loads people who've tried, but nobody really quite knows where anything ends up. And until they know that, it's a bit hard to block it. Not unless you stop using dryers entirely.

Or have non-matching socks. Nothing wrong with that!

Maybe I'll just let everything hang-dry from now on.

That's probably a good idea. As long as you find a place to do so anyways.

That might be cumbersome. There isn't a lot of room for hanging wet laundry.

I can help you look of you'd like. I mean, there's sure to be an empty room or two around here.

Maybe... okay. I'd rather do that than keep losing my laundry.

You know I've never seen any young man so keen about his laundry. Good for you, I say.
