At least he doesn't have to dwell on that for very long.

Wow.

That was amazing! Very easy on the ears. [ A little on the sad side though. ] This is the first time I've heard a violin before. But I wouldn't be surprised if you win.

[ Competition or not, he means that. All he's got is a silly bending dance routine. ]

Why not? You could see something cool! Something as cool as you playing the violin. [ Something as cool as break dancing and bending all at once. ]

I don't know about that. The competition is already pretty rough.

That's the plan. I made up a dance number, though I probably haven't been practicing as much as I should.

You are aware that this performance is meaningless, especially if we all die, right?

If we don't die, I could be missing out on a lot of prize money. [ Is it money? Aang really needs to read up on the rules and stuff. But if it is, it'll be a lot towards his fund to rebuild his planet. ] I'm not too worried about it. I'm a pretty good dancer. [ Not to toot his own horn... ]

Oh? Just a second ago you were just telling me how you needed to practice. Or were you just lying to me?

Memorizing the routine is going to be the hard part. But I've got the moves down for the most part. [ Now he feels like he should prove it though. Not that he's at all unwilling to do that, it's not like a little preview would hurt. ]

Check this out. [ Aang sets the Guide down and steps back, making sure he's in the picture when he swings his legs and arms down on the floor of the hangar, airbending as his legs fly in the air before spinning on his head. He tries to create a cyclone with his spin, but it lasts for about for seconds before his lower half falls hard on the cool metal. ]

... I guess I gotta work on that one still.

[ He could punch his cheeks for turning red. ] Give me an hour and I'll have it down. [ He can make a cyclone standing up, and just bend one in general, it can't be hard to do it with his legs while he spins on his head. ]
