I don't see the issue here. I can't say I'm a master of warp cores and warp drives but having spent plenty of time in the Warp, I can say it seems like it would need these kinds of parts.

I don't question what the machine spirits like to do in their spare time. If they cheat at dice....well, it's not cheating unless they get caught.

Seriously though, either this ship doesn't travel through the Warp or it's Gellar Field is the strongest thing out there because I can actually get a decent night of sleep during jumps.
