As an English noble, I am accustomed to riding frequently. Since I arrived on the Thor, I have been unable to exercise appropriately. I do not wish to become weak or lazy - such inaction would be unbefitting of my soiledgrand name.

There's a gym here that I go to from time to time. I also take a few sparring lessons to keep my practice up.

There's also more physical jobs you could do. Exercise and get money for it.

Short swords, usually, but I can use a variety if I need to. All depends on the situation.

I'm used sparring with different weapons. Shouldn't be too much of an issue.

I just wing it, personally. Adjust my technique as I go.
