For certain values of "get along." There's no shortage of conflict here. But no, we aren't involved in a war.

I didn't expect this place to be completely without conflict. That'd be something impossible to achieve.

It sounds like you've been here a while, so let me ask you this: is the conflict something that might come to a head?

It's hard to say at this point. I think the best answer I could give would be "not yet." And even if it does, I'd expect something more like "civil unrest" than a war.

"Not yet." So even a "safe haven" like this isn't completely safe.

Are there any officials here? Like leaders, figureheads or governors...?

There's an entire government--law enforcers, courts, and so on. The captains are in charge, but I'm not certain how much they actually do with regard to matters other than controlling the ship itself.
