[A day had already passed, still the Justicar had not tinkered with her guide plug's text, audio or video functions. One could argue she was putting off confirming that her home planet, or more like entire universe she was familiar with, had been destroyed and, instead, sought to find peace by meditating first. Much had happened up until she was shuffled into a line where something comparable to a Yahg laid the heavy news on her. Samara needed to sort out all the thoughts before she acted irrationally.
Even if her lifestyle as a Justicar had trained her to give up everything and anything in a heartbeat, the news that the entire universe was destroyed was something she could not fathom. Sure, the Reapers wanted to wipe out most organic life, but as far as she knew the keyword was most, not all. Knowing that one of the so-called culprits was a Reaper didn’t surprise her, but an Asari as well? It seemed the curiosity of her species finally killed, well, everyone.
Nevertheless, it was high time she confirmed the truth.
